PURPOSE: A conductive liquid-phase silicone rubber composition is provided to secure the uniform conductivity and the good reproducibility of the composition, and to remove the catalyst poison of a cross linking system. CONSTITUTION: A conductive liquid-phase silicone rubber composition impregnated in a mesh contains 100 parts of silicone rubber by weight, 8~80 parts of conductive carbon black by weight, 0.2~20 parts of ethylene propylene copolymer by weight, 2~15 parts of silicon oil by weight with the viscosity of 50~200, 20~100 parts of silicon varnish by weight, 1~50 parts of surface-treated inorganic material particle by weight, and the balance of solvent.
