PURPOSE: A cooking apparatus is provided to add taste or flavor on food, since steam passes through a cartridge storing material including taste or flavor. CONSTITUTION: A cooking apparatus comprises a cavity(21), a steam generator(40), and a cartridge. The cavity forms a cooking space(20) wherein food is cooked. An opening is formed in the cavity and a hole through which the steam passes is formed in a mounting part(22). The steam generator generates the steam supplied to the cooking space. The steam generator is formed on the outside of the cavity and the cartridge formed inside the cavity.
