PURPOSE: An automatic loading device is provided to enable goods on a pallet to be accurately loaded and unloaded on a desired position. CONSTITUTION: An automatic loading device comprises a pallet transfer vehicle(100), a vertical loading table(200) and a pallet transfer device(300). The pallet transfer vehicle comprises a lower frame, an upper frame, a vehicle rail, a moving device, a lift and a height control device. The vertical loading table is formed as a plurality of loading tables. The vertical loading table comprises a loading rail, a moving device support and a pallet support. The pallet transfer vehicle and the vertical loading table comprise sensors. The pallet transfer device successively supplies pallets to the moving device of the upper frame. On the pallet transfer device, a frame and a transfer rail are installed.
