PURPOSE: A complex drill for the maxillary sinus bone window enlargement is provided, which can prevent damage of mucosa and enables maxillary sinus bone window enlargement operation simply and promptly. CONSTITUTION: A complex drill for the maxillary sinus bone window enlargement comprises: a main body member(30) accomplishing the regular length; a mucous membrane lifting part(31) which is equipped in the front end side of the main body member and forms the sphere of the fixation curvature or the hemi-sphere; and a neck part(32) in which a cutting member for the enlargement of the bone window is equipped in the warped surface. In the cutting member, a plurality of abrasive particles(33) are projected.
