<p>The welding method offered is characterized in that the parts 3 to be welded are reciprocally fixed by a clamp/cooler 2, the contact surfaces of the contact members b of an electrode 1 are pressed to the part 3 through the openings in the clamp/cooler 2, the electric current is switched on and the flashing is performed, the current is switched off and simultaneously the contact members b are removed and the upsetting is performed but the parts 3 still remain fixed by a clamp/cooler 2 while the part 3 cools down to the required temperature. The electrode 1 and the clamp/cooler 2 can have an adjustable configuration.</p> |
