A method for manufacturing a radiator comprises preparing (S100), aligning (S200), punching (S300), bending (S400), shearing and riveting (S500), rotating (S600), and removing (S700) processes. The shearing and riveting (S500) and the rotating (S600) are repeated. A sheet metal (50) is continuously punched to form a plurality of heat dissipation fins (51) in a manufacturing machine (3), then the heat dissipation fins (51) are orderly sheared, inserted into the metal base (1), and further fixed with the metal base (1) by two-direction riveting. A radiator can be obtained in an automatic and faster process without unnecessary assembling steps. The yield of the radiator improves largely and the costs decreased. |
