FIELD: textile, paper. ^ SUBSTANCE: injector of floatation chamber comprises inlet pipe for supply of fibrous suspension flow into floatation chamber, mixing unit for mixing of air into flow of fibrous suspension and at least one nozzle of air supply installed upstream mixing unit with the possibility to supply air into injector. Injector additionally comprises a nozzle area arranged with mixing unit and comprising a perforated plate, with holes arranged in it equipped with nozzles fixed to plate with holes, behind specified plate, besides there are open spaces available between nozzles. Air supplied from nozzle of air supply is produced with the possibility to flow in spaces between nozzles and further to mixing unit with partial flows of fibrous suspension, arriving from nozzles. Floatation chamber is also proposed to remove printing ink or contaminants from fibrous suspension, as well as method for mixing of fibrous suspension and air with application of specified injector. ^ EFFECT: increased operational reliability. ^ 22 cl, 26 dwg |
