PURPOSE: A device for manufacturing a solar panel is provided to improve productivity of a solar panel by simultaneously forming an electrode layer and a coating layer on a flexible substrate and a fixed substrate. CONSTITUTION: A paste feeding unit(10) supplies an electrode paste to a transfer unit(20). The paste feeding unit is composed of an electrode paste feeder(11) and an electrode paste feeding roll(12). The transfer unit includes a transfer roll(21) and a cleaning roll(22). A flexible substrate transfer unit(30) transfers electrode paste on the surface of a flexible substrate(3) through the transfer roll. A glass substrate transfer unit(40) transfers the electrode paste on a glass substrate.
