An object of the present invention is to provide a vacuum suction nozzle that is capable of attaining a speed-up of mounting operation and carrying out a high density of mounting. In order to solve the above, in a vacuum suction nozzle 1 comprising a suction surface 2 whereon an object is suctioned by vacuum, and a suction orifice 3 communicating with the suction surface 2, it is characterized in that a tip end portion including the suction surface 2 is formed from ceramics, the ceramics includes a main component and a second component, the second component having a mean crystal grain size larger than the mean crystal grain size of the main component, and the crystal grains of the second component protrude more than the crystal grains of the main component on the suction surface 2. |
