PURPOSE: An internet contents providing system and a method using UCC is provided to establish an internet broadcasting and a portal side without using excessive cost, thereby the system can provide contents to a third user through a broadcasting means or a transmission means. CONSTITUTION: A user terminal is connected to the internet. A provider terminal mounts an internet TV real-time transmission program. A server relays transmission of contents between a user and a business owner. The business owner manufactures a UCC for providing to the user through the business owner terminal. By using the internet TV real-time transmission program, the business owner transmits the manufactured UCC to the user. |
