PURPOSE: A touch panel and a manufacturing process for a touch panel are provided to prevent the increase of the electric resistance by increasing the elasticity of the conductive layer. CONSTITUTION: A top conductive layer is laminated in the upper plate(10). A lower plate(30) comprises a bottom conductive layer which is separated from the top conductive layer and opposite to the upper plate. A bonding layer(50) combines the top and lower plate in order to form a space between the top and bottom conductive layer. A carbon nano-tube(70) is installed between the top and bottom conductive layer in a constant interval.
