<p>The element of a vulcanizing mold (1) for producing rubber products such as vehicle tires, comprises different coatings applied by a vacuum coating process and/or a chemical vapor deposition process or a physical vapor deposition process. The element is present in the form of mold segments (3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5, 3.6, 3.7, 3.8, 3.9) of the vulcanizing mold having lamella, side shells (5.1, 5.2) of the vulcanizing mold or bead rings (9.1) of the vulcanizing mold. The element has an area, which treads in contact with the rubber of the rubber products to be vulcanized during vulcanization. The element of a vulcanizing mold (1) for producing rubber products such as vehicle tires, comprises different coatings applied by a vacuum coating process and/or a chemical vapor deposition process or a physical vapor deposition process. The element has an area, which treads in contact with the rubber of the rubber products to be vulcanized during vulcanization and has the coating in a section-wise manner. A part of the lamella has the coating. The element of the vulcanizing mold has the form of a deaerating- and aerating unit, where a part of the deaerating- and aerating unit has the coating. The deaerating- and aerating unit are present in the form of deaerating unit and aerating valve. Independent claims are included for: (1) a vulcanizing mold for vehicle tire; and (2) a method for producing an element of a vulcanizing mold for producing rubber products such as vehicle tires.</p> |
