FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: device for check of gas analyser functionality corresponds to metal cylinder tank filled with liquid metered component; said tank formed with hollow cylinder base. Also in the device there is made a smaller cylinder coaxial to the external cylinder; the smaller cylinder has through cylinder orifice connected pressure tight with a replaceable diffusion barrier in form of a disk by means of a threaded bushing. Notably, in the said disk there are made a perforation and an axial opening coaxial to the cylinder orifice in the smaller cylinder of the base. Also the replaceable diffusion barrier can also be made in form of a bushing. Additionally, the bushing consists of two coaxial cylinders of different diametres with an axial opening in the smaller cylinder and with the opening of perforation on side surface of a bigger cylinder. Diametre and number of perforation openings depend on required by AAC (approximately allowed concentration) or MCC (mass component concentration) in space above them. ^ EFFECT: device for check of functionality of indicators and gas analysers directly on site in premises of any category of explosion and fire hazard obtaining CGM (calibration gas mixture) with specified mass concentration or volume share of metered component in wide range and possessing high dynamic characteristics. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg |
