APPARATUS FOR FITTING HEAT EXCHANGER USING ONE-WAY TRANSFER DEVICE

PURPOSE: A heat exchanger assembling apparatus using a one-way transfer device is provided to assemble a small and large heat exchanger regardless of the stroke of a piston rod. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger assembling apparatus(1) comprises an assembling bed(2), a ratchet rod(9), a pair of one-way transfer devices(10), and a hydraulic cylinder(20). The assembling bed supports a heat exchange bundle(4) and an exterior casing(3). The ratchet rod with a one-way ratchet formed in the insertion direction of the heat exchange bundle is parallelly installed in the longitudinal direction of the assembling bed. The one-way transfer devices engage with the one-way ratchet and moves along the ratchet rod. The hydraulic cylinder pushes out the heat exchange bundle in the insertion direction.
