PURPOSE: A balance type surface acoustic wave filter is provided to reduce the overall size by forming the IE(Impedance Element) structure as the structure combining a reflector, an IDT(Interdigital Transducer), and an IDT, and a reflector. CONSTITUTION: A balanced SAW(Surface Acoustic Wave) IEF(Impedance Element Filter)(100) comprises two pairs of serial SAW IE(110) and a parallel SAW IE(120). The serial SAW IE and the parallel SAW IE are connected in ladder type. A balanced input voltage is applied to the serial SAW IE and the parallel SAW IE. |
