PURPOSE: A coating device for spraying makeup to keratin-fiber is provided, which can keep coating material safely and spray makeup on the eyelash and the like easily. CONSTITUTION: A coating device for spraying makeup to keratin-fiber comprises: a container(110) accepting coating material; a pair of brush rods(131,132) which are inserted into the container and are equipped with a coating device in the front end; an operation member(150) which is combined with a pair of brush rods and reciprocates one brush rod; a cap(120) which is formed so that the operation member can be inserted and in which a hole is formed in order to operate the operation member; and an outer cap(280) which is formed so that the cap can be inserted and is detachable from the container.
