PURPOSE: A high efficiency deep red color phosphorescence organic light emitting device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to be used as a light source part for a medical device. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(410) generating a hole is formed on a substrate. A second electrode(470) generates a charge by being arranged to face the first electrode. A light emitting layer(430) is arranged between the first electrode and the second electrode. A hole transport layer(420) transfers the hole to the light emitting layer. An electron transport layer(440) transfers the electrons to the light emitting layer.
