PURPOSE: A process of manufacturing solid patterned acrylic which solid pattern is formed inside the acrylic plate is provided to have effect which pattern of one side of a plate is expressed to multi layered solid pattern when the light passed through the solid pattern if the light is lighted from one side direction to other side direction of the plate. CONSTITUTION: A process of manufacturing solid patterned acrylic which solid pattern is formed inside the acrylic plate comprises next; a stage of sculpting the solid pattern(20) of intaglio shape on surface of acryl plate(10). A stage of filling the spatial pate of solid pattern by filling the acryl polymeric adhesive(30) of syrup state which mixed the pigmen paint inside the solid pattern, a stage of hardening the acryl polymeric adhesive of syrup state filed to the spatial part of the solid pattern, a stage of cutting the acryl polymeric adhesive which is projected on the surface of acryl plate to enable a top surface which is filled with solidification acryl polymeric adhesive inside the solid pattern to accord with the surface of acrylic plate. |
