PURPOSE: A linear compressor is provided to prevent the burr from becoming flowed into the oil when oil supply assembly is inserted into a frame. CONSTITUTION: A linear compressor comprises an airtight container, a linear motor, a piston, a cylinder, a frame(300), an oil supply passage(400), an oil pipe, and an oil supply assembly(200). The cylinder is fixed to the frame. The frame is formed by the metal casting. The oil supply passage is formed in the frame and is communicated with an oil circulating passage between the piston and the cylinder. The oil pipe is pressed into the frame and draws the oil from the airtight container to the oil supply passage. The oil supply assembly generates the negative pressure and the positive pressure to absorb the oil through the oil pipe and is pressed into the frame.
