The present invention refers to a Concentrated Organic Fertilizer and the Process for Obtaining and Using the same; the invention results from perishable food, shrinkage and organic wastes thereof, which have been collected clean at their point of origin, and subjected to suitable maceration and inhibition processes, as well as to accelerated dehydration over stainless steel, finally being subjected to refination and homogenization processes for obtaining the Organic Fertilizer, which final destiny and/or use is to fertilize, nourish and enrich the ground of any culture, since the present invention will provide micronutrients and macronutrients required by the ground of any culture and biodiversity. The inventive fertilizer avoids the formation of rubbish, the putrefaction of organic matter mixed together with all types of inorganic chemical, biological and infect-contagious material and poisons, which upon decomposing generate lixiviates, toxins, pathogens and gases of greenhouse eff ect, as well as carbon dioxide methane and others, also poisoning of the ground, water table, air and sweet surface waters or acidification or poisoning of the seas such as the situation that we are experiencing nowadays.
