PURPOSE: An X-ray irradiation unit position adjusting device of a moving type X-ray imaging device is provided to prevent the shake of an X-ray irradiation unit by offsetting the load moment of an X-ray irradiation unit and a support arm with the elastic repulsive force of a damping part. CONSTITUTION: A support arm(25) supports an X-ray irradiation unit(10). A support frame(32) is rotatably installed in the main body. A disk cam(34) is rotatably installed in the support frame. The damping part generates elastic repulsive force by being interconnected to the rotation operation of the disk cam. The damping part offsets the load moment of the support arm and the X-ray irradiation unit with the elastic repulsive force.
