PURPOSE: A bit of a V-groove forming machine for bending steel plates, which reduces costs for replacement by replacing only tip worn away, is provided to increase processing rate and processing efficiency by processing a V-groove on a metal plate in multiple stages. CONSTITUTION: A bit of a V-groove forming machine for bending steel plates a body(31) and a tip(33). Three bodies are installed at a regular interval. A fixing groove is formed on the lower part of the body. The cutting tip is assembled at a fixing hole which is located at the end of the body using bolts. The V-shaped cutting faces having different angles and depths are formed top and bottom of a tip.
