PURPOSE: A spacer for a grinding flap wheel, which can smoothly transfer grinding dusts in a fixed direction, is provided to simultaneously perform grinding work and the discharging work of grinding dusts along a spiral channel using a bundle of pads. CONSTITUTION: A spacer for a grinding flap wheel comprises a body block(10) and a plurality of joint grooves(20). The body block is combined in a wheel axle. A plurality of joint grooves is formed on the outer circumference of the body block at a tilt. A bundle of pads is installed at each joint groove. A plurality of body blocks is installed along the longitudinal direction of the wheel axle. The joint groove is connected along the longitudinal direction of the wheel axle at a straight line.
