PURPOSE: An unattended monitoring device is provided to find where an abnormal part is located when the abnormal state is generated in the connecting part of a power line. CONSTITUTION: A rail couples a power source line and a signal line in one side and forms a separation preventing step in the opposite side. A truck(10) is fixed to the rail. A lift(20) is fixed to the bottom of a stand. A monitor device(30) is included in the bottom of a lift. |
