Subject: open or closed circular of elliptical tubular mechanical system being subjected to the influence of residual tensions for improved mechanical behaviour - manufacture method of same. Main ideas of the invention: 1) the first idea concerns the structural design of the tubular system comprising one external 1 and one homocentric internal pipe 2; said pipes are assembled in such a way that a permanent field of residual tensions of adequate size and form can be created; 2) the second idea concerns the manufacture method of the tubular system based on the primary thermal dilatation of the external pipe 1, in the sequel on the insertion of the internal pipe 2 into the external one 1 and finally on the thermal contraction of the external pipe 1 which contraction leads to the mechanical assembly of the system. |
