HIGH PURITY HYDROGEN GENERATION APPARATUS WITH MULTI-STAGE FLUIDIZED BED

<p>PURPOSE: An apparatus for generating highly pure hydrogen including a multi-stage fluidized bed is provided to prevent abrasion and the deterioration of catalyst activation by suppressing the circulation of catalyst to a regenerating reactor. CONSTITUTION: A hydrogen generating reactor(20) includes a lower introducing chamber(21) and an upper introducing chamber which are divided by a gas dispersion plate(23). Carbon dioxide absorbent layers(24) and a catalyst layer(25) are successively stacked in a multilayered reaction chamber. A downward transferring pipe(26) is installed between the carbon dioxide absorbent layers. The carbon dioxide absorbent agent of an upper carbon dioxide absorbent layer is supplied to the lower carbon dioxide absorbent layer. An hydrogen outlet(28) is formed on the upper side of the hydrogen generating reactor. A regenerating reactor(30) performs the regenerating reaction of the carbon dioxide absorbent agent.</p>
