PURPOSE: A plastic surgery access device is provided, which can improve access to the surgical treatment site while the surgical procedure. CONSTITUTION: A plastic surgery access device comprises: a plurality of separated distal passages; a cannula(60) having a proximal opening; a cannula base(40) which can remove the cannula and is replacebly settled; and a retractor(20) which is combined with the cannula base and is expanded from the cannula base in the distal direction. The cannula base and retractor are fixed and combined to each other and can be removed and replaced.
