PURPOSE: A blood component separation method is provided, which can guarantee purity of blood component, simplify processes, and prevent air pollution during blood separation process. CONSTITUTION: A blood component separation method comprises: a blood loading step capable of input and output of blood through a communication pipe(214); a centrifuge step for separating layers according to blood component; a PPP(Platelet Poor Plasma) separation step for injecting only PPP into a PPP storage member; and a PRP separation step for injecting only PRP into a PRP(Platelet Rich Plasma) storage member by discharging only PRP to the upper part through a communications pipe by applying pressure the separated blood component toward the upper part. |
