<p>PURPOSE: An automatic annular screw machine is provided to automatically perform a screw process by supplying a huge amount of rods to form threads automatically. CONSTITUTION: An automatic annular screw machine comprises a loading box(11), a secondary transfer system(12a), an alignment unit(13), an alignment cylinder(14), a workpiece tray, a push unit, a pressure cylinder, an upper roller and a screw device. A loading box has a fixed slope in order to rotate a rod. The secondary transfer system pushes the rod up toward the top of the loading box. The alignment unit pushes the round rod toward one end of the secondary transfer system. The workpiece tray stops a processed product which comes along an inclined bottom(33). The push unit pushes the processed product toward a preset direction.</p> |
