PURPOSE: A machine for fermenting natural yeast is provided to take some yeast as needed and to performing fermentation, maturation, and storage. CONSTITUTION: A machine for fermenting natural yeast comprises: a mounted plate(11) at the upper portion of a fermentation drum(10) to which the natural yeast and fermenting agent are added and mixed; a heating wire(20) arranged at the outer circumference of the fermentation drum; a cooling coil(21) additionally arranged at the outer circumference of the fermentation drum; a housing having the fermenting drum in which the cooling coil is arranged. The mounted plate has a motor case having an interior motor case. The motor case is rotatively mounted at the motor platform through a hinge. |
