PURPOSE: An aerobic board is provided, which achieves remarkable effect for learning right and left body balance sensation and can help to the light weight and cost down of products. CONSTITUTION: An aerobic board comprises: an elastic support member(3) which is installed in the bottom surface of a base panel(2) and consists of plastics having elasticity; and an elastic member(6) which is integrally formed between top and bottom horizontal support parts(4,5) and is equipped in the elastic support member in order to have a penetration hole. The elastic member is selected from cylindrical type or arc connection type.
