PURPOSE: An aromatic ring compound, organic electronic device and terminal using the same are provided to lower device driving voltage and to improve optical efficiency and lifetime and device stability. CONSTITUTION: An aromatic ring compound is denoted by chemical formula 1. The aromatic ring compound is a material used in organic layer of an organic electronic device. The organic layer is a light emitting layer. The organic electronic device is an organic electro luminescence device having a first electrode, organic layer and second electrode. The organic layer comprises a hole injection/transport layer, light emitting layer, electron injection layer. A terminal comprises a display device and controlling part.
