PURPOSE: A mulching paper for direct sowing is provided no to change the location of the seed form secession from the mulching paper and the desired location if is folds the mulching paper to transfer and unfolds the mulching paper to apply. CONSTITUTION: A mulching paper is comprised of a mulching paper(2) which a plurality of hole is formed(4) and a seed bag which a seed is included. The seed bag is disassembled suitable for sprouting ad growing the seed after sowing. A seed bag is a paper. The seed bag includes a disgusting material for preventing animal to eat the seed bag which seed is included. The disgusting material is creosote, allicin, methyl anthranilate, Endosulfan, Tiram or the mixture of them. The mulching paper is biodegradation characteristic. A connection installation means is one among adhesion, collusion or sewing. It has a fixing string for fixing the mulching paper. The fixing string is attached to the mulching paper.
