The present invention refers to a process, method and product resulting from a machine for manufacturing twisted annealed wire for construction, useful for fastening a centering. The product thus obtained may be 2, 3, 4 and 5 twisted annealed wires, said product having unique characteristics such as: a substantial length, a homogeneous twisting and rupture strength. The aforementioned characteristics are widely described in the claims and are different from those of wires currently available on the market, since the invention presents a novel process, machine and product. The purpose of the present invention is to turn the labour cost and construction time into more affordable upon offering a homogenous wire twisting having a length of up to 4,000 m and a controlled rt.
