PURPOSE: An encryption method for preventing information leaking in utility computing environment based on distributed computing is provided to block the leak of information by encrypting user own data. CONSTITUTION: The information on encryption key and security policy(41) in IC card are encrypted to a session key and header key, and loaded to an application sever. The loaded encrypted key and the security policy information are decoded into the session key and the header key, and stored in an application memory. The access privilege about a table/column of query sentence retrieved or inputted by a user is determined through the stored security policy information.
