PURPOSE: An intelligent DVR(Digital Video Recorder) and an emergency calling device are provided to rapidly grasp the cause of an accident by storing sound and image information. CONSTITUTION: A DVR(40) receives an abnormal signal of a sensor from a transceiver and stores information photographed by a camera from a preset time. A wireless transmitter(32) transmits the abnormal signal of the transceiver to a designated place by wireless. A wired transmitter(34) transmits the abnormal signal of the transceiver to a preset administrative office or management office.
