PURPOSE: A signboard is provided to automatically the color change of the signboard through change of the color of the signboard by using the measurement of environmental parameters outdoor. CONSTITUTION: If the difference of an initial dry bulb temperature value and a dry bulb temperature value after one hour is less than 10 degrees, a color tone is maintained, and if not, a color tone is compensated according to temperature and wet-bulb temperature value is measured. If the difference of an initial dry bulb temperature value and a dry bulb temperature value after one hour is less than 5 degrees, a color tone is maintained. If the difference of an initial dry bulb temperature value and a wet-dry bulb temperature value after one hour is over 5 degrees, a color tone is compensated. |
