AC-DC CONVERTER USING CONTROLLING PHASE ANGLE

摘要

PURPOSE: An AC-DC converter using phase angel control is provided to simplify a feedback circuit by using a fixed drop down regulator. CONSTITUTION: A transformer(210) of A power input terminal transforms input AC power into other AC level. A switching unit(220) controls a phase angle of the AC power inputted from the transformer of the power input terminal. A rectifier(230) changes the AC power inputted from the switching unit to DC power. A fixed drop down regulator(240) drops the DC power with a preset voltage level. The fixed drop down regulator includes a fixed drop down driver. The fixed drop down driver compares the output voltage of the rectifier with a reference voltage.
