PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for manufacturing rice noodle are provided to improve glutinousness and texture of rice noodle by uniformly drying the noodles. CONSTITUTION: A method and apparatus for manufacturing rice noodles comprises: a step of kneading rice flour in a vacuum state; a step of evenly dispersing moisture to the dough; a step of steaming the dough in a steamer(30); a step of molding through a noodle-sheet forming machine(40); a step of rolling dough plate with a rolling mill(50); a step of semi-drying; and a step of drying completely and cutting in a package unit.
