Described is a system for mounting ophthalmic prescription micas in the inner portion of a protection mica, which is characterised in that it comprises at least a pair of inner protrusions located at the upper portion of the protection mica; the ophthalmic prescription micas have a groove at the upper portion thereof for being coupled to the pair of protrusions, so that a pressure coupling is performed between the protection mica and the prescription mica.
