PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separator having a tensile strength of a wet-paper state, the separator being wound or laminated on an electrode in a state that the separator impregnates a driving electrolyte solution. SOLUTION: In the separator for a power storage device, in which two or more fabric layers with at least one layer containing a synthetic fiber are laminated, at least one layer of the fabric layers contains a thermosetting resin, and the impregnated and coated thermosetting resin is in a state of being melted and half-cured or cured, and a tensile strength in a wet-paper state is 3N/15 mm or more.
