PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the power consumption of a mobile communication terminal having a positioning function during repetitive positioning. SOLUTION: The positioning server 10 includes: a transmitting/receiving unit 12 for transmitting/receiving information to/from the mobile communication terminal 20; a close terminal information acquisition unit 13 for, on the basis of the received information, acquiring close terminal information indicating another mobile communication terminal 20 positioned close to the mobile communication terminal 20; and a location calculation unit 15 for, on the basis of the received location information on the other mobile communication terminal 20 indicated by the close terminal information, calculating the location of the mobile communication terminal 20, of which the location is to be estimated.
