PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fixing of a toner to a recording material by improving a pressured state in the neighborhood of a nip outlet in a belt fixing device. SOLUTION: The belt fixing device includes: a heating roller 91 heated with heating elements 913, 914 and for conveying the recording material by being rotated; a belt member 921 moved while being contacted on the heating roller 91; an inlet nip member 95 for contacting the belt member 921 on the heating roller 91; and an outlet nip member 96 having a plurality of pressing parts and for exchanging the pressing part for contacting the belt member 921 on the heating roller 91 at the rear side of a moving direction of the belt member 921 rather than a contact position of the belt member 921 and the inlet nip member 95.
