PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible neutron shielding material. SOLUTION: The flexible neutron shielding material is made by curing a composition containing at least: (component A) 100 pts.mass of epoxy resin mixture obtained by mixing a dimer acid diglycidyl ester epoxy resin with a modified diglycidyl ester epoxy resin; (component B) 10-50 pts.mass of amino polyamide curing agent based on 100 pts.mass of component A; (component C) lithium containing compound in an amount equivalent to 1-5 pts.mass in terms of lithium based on 100 pts.mass of a mixture of the components A and B; (component D) boron containing compound in an amount equivalent to 0.1-3 pts.mass in terms of boron; and (component E) hydrogen containing compound in an amount equivalent to 0.2-6 pts.mass in terms of hydrogen.
