PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanging/ventilating device capable of easily suppressing the intrusion of mist from the outside of a room, and easily disposing collected mist. SOLUTION: When constituting the heat exchanging/ventilating device 40A in which outside air is sucked from an outside air suction opening 1a of a housing by an air supply fan 13 disposed in the housing 10, and supplied to the outside of a machine from an air supply opening 1b through an air supply passage of a heat exchanging element, and indoor air is sucked from an air return opening 3a of the housing by an exhaust fan 15 disposed in the housing, and discharged to the outside of the machine from an exhaust opening 3b of the housing through an exhaust passage of the heat exchanging element, a mist collecting device 30A is disposed to collect the mist in the outside air sucked to the outside air suction opening and discharge the mist outdoors.
