PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a faucet mounting structure which can adapt to an installation condition of either of right-side installation and left-side installation, without changing components, depending on a positional relationship with an obstacle existing in a place for installing the faucet. SOLUTION: The faucet 10 includes a faucet body 12 in which a hot and cold water channel 11 is formed, a rotating shaft 14 which is rotatably attached to the faucet body 12, an spout portion 15 which is fixed to the rotating shaft 14, and a screw 16 for fixing the spout portion 15 and the rotating shaft 14. The faucet body 12 is provided with a stopper 12s for regulating the rotational range of the rotating shaft 14; the rotating shaft 14 is provided with stopper retainers 14s and 13t which abut on the stopper 12s so as to regulate its rotation; a plurality of mounting holes 14a for fixing the spout portion 15 by means of the screw 16 are provided in the rotating shaft 14; and the spout portion 15 has a fixing hole 15a for being fixed to the rotating shaft 14 by means of the screw 16.
