PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain an engine noise, heat, an exhaust, water, dust and the like from entering into a cabin, while securing a desired rigidity, and to enhance productivity. SOLUTION: A dash panel 4 is arranged along a vehicle width direction, to partition a front side of the cabin 7, and is erected from a floor panel 3. A cowl panel 5 is arranged along the vehicle width direction, has an upper end part 20 and a lower end part 24 fused respectively to the dash panel 4, is bulged to a front side of the dash panel 4 between the upper end part 20 and the lower end part 24, to form a closed cross-sectional shape of inner space 25 with respect to the dash panel 4, and supports a lower edge part 16a of a front window panel 16, by the upper end part 20.
