PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seed tape laying machine having an automatic seed tape-cutting function capable of streamlining seeding operations. SOLUTION: The seed tape laying machine having the automatic seed tape-cutting function is pulled by connecting the same to the hitch 17 of a tractor by connection means (10, 14, 15) and cuts the end of an already laid seed tape 11 by laying the seed tape 11, hanging the seed tape laying machine by raising the hitch 17 before re-laying through a U-turn, and transmitting the moving of the connection means (10, 14, 15) at the time of raising to a seed tape cutting device (23, 25, 26) installed to the seed tape laying machine by transmitting means (21, 24).
