PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide frozen dessert containing cacao oil and fat, and producible without troubling frozen dessert production by suppressing thickening with the lapse in aging of frozen dessert mix in a production process, and to provide the frozen dessert mix to be used for the frozen dessert. SOLUTION: The cacao oil-containing frozen dessert contains in the frozen dessert, sucrose fatty acid ester which satisfies (1)-(3) requirements that (1) HLB is≥5, (2) the constituent fatty acid comprises≥70% saturated fatty acid, and (3) a monoester content is≥30%.
