COVERLAY FILM HAVING WHITE REFLECTION LAYER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source device which is used for a liquid crystal display device and has little loss of light emitted from LED, and to provide a coverlay film which is desirably used for the light source device.

SOLUTION: The coverlay film having a white reflection layer 14 with a reflection factor of ≥50% is stuck by thermal compression onto a flexible circuit board having a conductive circuit 9, and a light-emitting element such as LED 7 is mounted on the conductive circuit by soldering in the light source device. Light from the light-emitting element is reflected by a surface reflection layer of the coverlay film, and is efficiently input to a light guide plate without light absorption in the coverlay film and the flexible circuit board.
